Staff unable to listen, very noisy, jail like room...
So i booked here for new year period and knew it was a bad choice as soon as arrived. The construction noise was out of control I felt like going deaf, my room was right next to it. Very little sunlight with dim electric lights. Loft style misinterpreted. What's the point of the mirrors when I can't see things on it. I asked if i can change my room after some days that I don't mind downgrading, there the staff started to repeat all rooms are full TONIGHT. Ok i got that, so i asked about few DAYS LATER, but she just could not listen at all, and just repeat about tonight tonight tonight...am i talking to a wall? then shw suddenly started to say that customers whos gonna check in today is staying for a week, which is exact length of my stay. Apprently lying she seems, then i said alright, im gonna ask the people here when they arrive if they stay a week. Then she said im somehow not allowed to ask those people to check how long they are staying. Apparently she was lying. Then she just handed her phone call to me with her manager, and the manager, he was a same robot saying no no no to everything while he was already aware of the noise problem. While i asked for an exchange, he mentioned cancellation thinking i might not want it, but as soon as i agreed he changed his words that he can't. Fortunately after few minuites of waiting he suggested cancellation again which i agreed and proceeded. Im not even sure if i can even receive the parcel because the staff there again cannot listen that im gonna go there as soon as the delivery man arrives and im waiting nearby so just tell him to call me in case he arrives and ask about it. Never had someone who are unable to listen to this extent. 시끄럽고 어두워요 한낮에 불다켜도 어둡고 썬크림도 못바를듯 안보여서..한국사람은 안갈것같은 분위기인데 감옥 같아요 방이
