More days cos I stayed for 4 days initially in another hotel and I regret it,the hotel is too beautiful for words and the price is super affordable,it’s shocking…
I wish I could even say more than this,the pool is just too beautiful and very cozy,gosh this is truly a 5 star hotel and when I was leaving,I asked for an extra 2 hours cos I was truly tired and they didn’t hesitate to grant my request and when I checked out,I was given a gift,I was astonished,it’s the thought of that that really mattered,I felt like royalty and that’s how the hotel staff treat you…
I just hope they keep up this great job ….
It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in Bangkok….

When I reported the incident to the hotel staff, I was informed that they were unable to review the CCTV footage as the relevant staff were on leave. I was also told that no staff had seen anything and was advised to go to the police station myself to file a report. Unfortunately, there was little sense of urgency or accountability from the hotel’s side.
As a guest, I expected a safe and secure environment, but this experience has significantly affected my trust. Losing personal valuables during a stay is unacceptable, and the way the situation was handled made it even more disappointing.
I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious with their belongings when staying here.
