An Exceptional Stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok ❤️
We had the most wonderful stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but what truly makes it special is the warmth and genuine hospitality of the team.
A very special mention to Ms. Nisa Odglun, Reservations Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She was incredibly warm, thoughtful, responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Her personal attention and willingness to help made such a difference and truly reflected the level of hospitality the hotel strives for.
We were especially grateful for the complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which was incredibly generous and made our travel so much easier. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated.
We were in Bangkok for a special milestone celebration, and the team made the entire experience feel even more special. It’s rare to find a hotel where luxury is matched by such genuine warmth and care.

I advise everyone to rent in the beautiful Hotel
The reception was excellent, and the rooms were very spacious and clean, with outstanding services. As this was my first experience here, I will definitely choose to stay here every time I come to Thailand.
I would also like to thank Ning, the staff member who welcomed us. She was very efficient, so we did not have to wait long, and she was extremely helpful and cooperative with us.

I am writing to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay with you. This was our 4th visit to Chatrium Grand Bangkok, as our previous stays were always so delightful that choosing your hotel to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary was an easy decision.
From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the entire team were palpable. Every staff member welcomed us with genuine smiles and exceptional kindness. A special mention must go to your Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Ploy. She went above and beyond from our check-in process until we stepped out of the hotel. On a particularly overcast day, noticing the weather, she thoughtfully provided us with an umbrella and offered fantastic recommendations for our day's itinerary.
When we walked into our room, we were deeply touched by the special anniversary setup. The lovely surprise made our milestone celebration truly unforgettable. The room itself was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with great amenities.
Beyond our room, the entire property maintained this high standard:
Housekeeping: Every evening we returned to an immaculate room. The housekeeping staff were extraordinarily polite and meticulous.
Breakfast: The spread was rich and varied, served in a lively, joyous atmosphere where staff members were uniformly welcoming and cheerful.
Concierge & Bell Team: The bellboys consistently greeted us with warm smiles and provided seamless shuttle car service to the nearby shopping malls.
In summary, Chatrium Grand Bangkok stands out as one of the finest 5-star hotels in the city. The warm, friendly, and attentive service across all departments makes every stay memorable. We will undoubtedly return on our next trip to Bangkok and will continue to warmly recommend Chatrium Grand to all our family and friends.
