Thank Nicha for make our anniversary dinner so special
It was another really memorable dinner for us. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
A special thank you to Nicha for taking such good care of us throughout the evening. She was very friendly, polite, and attentive, which made us feel really welcomed and well looked after.
What made the night even more special was the surprise anniversary cake for my girlfriend. It was such a thoughtful little touch and honestly made the evening even more memorable. ❤️

Shower door wont close so puddles of water everywhere, cistern wont work. ac wont work, room way smaller then the rest, sink wont drain. room 2802. i would not repeat the mistake of staying. Breakfast top notch, other than that, very very let down and disappointed with such a fancy hotel. was recommended very strongly. therefore used it. was charged twice by hotels.com. Not sure how to react. Thank you kindly. Was celebrating anniversary, recd cake thank you.

Exceptional Stay – Wonderful Staff and Excellent Location
We had a wonderful stay at Amari Bangkok and were truly impressed by the overall experience. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their cooperation and willingness to assist with every request made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with plenty of room to relax, especially for a family. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness every day.
The location is excellent, making it very convenient to access shopping, restaurants, and many of Bangkok’s attractions. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security measures, which gave us additional peace of mind throughout our stay.
Overall, Amari Bangkok exceeded our expectations. The combination of exceptional staff, spacious and clean rooms, convenient location, and strong attention to safety made our stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you to the entire team for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Amari Bangkok to families and other travelers.
