Don’t hesitate just book it
We chose Cape Beach Villas because we’d had such a fantastic experience at Cape Away Beach Bar two years ago, and we’re so pleased we did.
The villas are spacious, beautifully equipped and the beds are comfortable. It’s the thoughtful little touches that make all the difference, mosquito spray, mosquito coils lit every evening, water and treats left each night. You really feel looked after.
Each room has extra things you’ll use or maybe need. A clothes steamer, beach bags, sun hats, coffee machine, toiletries (high quality) lots of bottle water and comfortable furniture.
There is a small but perfectly formed gym on site, we used this twice during our week and really enjoyed it.
The beach is stunning and just steps from your villa, making it the perfect place to relax. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order every morning and absolutely delicious. Excellent poached eggs and fluffy pancakes
What really sets Cape Beach Villas apart is the staff. Krissy and her team are simply outstanding. Warm, friendly and genuinely attentive, they have an amazing ability to anticipate what you need before you even ask. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they make every guest feel welcome.
We’ve stayed in three hotels over the past three weeks, and Cape Beach Villas has been our favourite by a long way.
Our only minor suggestion would be blackout blinds, as the bedroom lets in quite a bit of early morning light.
Would we recommend it? Yes… and no! Yes, because it’s exceptional. No, because we’d love there to be a villa free when we come back!

Paradise on Samui!
It is with great pleasure to leave a review of the stunning location on Samui Cape Beach Villa lived with (29.12.2025-08.01.2026) Booked six months before the trip, the feedback from the hotel was fast and clear, very helpful with the choice of the villa. Transfers were provided by the hotel (for a fee). As soon as they arrived, they felt like they were in heaven. The villas are unparalleled, the swimming pool is wonderful, breakfasts are delicious, the beach is right when you leave the hotel. The grounds are beautiful, clean, green. The most important thing is service!!!! We travel very often, but this service has never been seen before! For almost 2 weeks you enjoyed your holidays! Near the hotel is a beautiful restaurant, massage! Only for our hotel on the beach sunbeds! We paid for New Year's Eve at the hotel - no regrets at all, it was fun and incendiary! Thanks to everyone at the hotel who was involved in our cool vacation!!!!

A genuine paradise
We spent four days here in February 2026 in the largest of the (10?) bungalows overlooking the beach. It's a wonderful place in every way. The staff are always available for you and are always positive, nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfasts are basically cooked to order, no dry buffet here! (The smoothie bowls are incredibly good to begin with).
The beach is clean, the sea is clear and if you swim in the morning before the public make their way to this end of the beach, you more or less have your own private beach in paradise. The staff always make sure there are sunbeds and umbrellas for you, whenever you need them.
The rooms are very well equipped and spacious and our bungalow had a rooftop terrace with a view over the beach and sea.
In summary, being a small place, you get personal service on a one-to-one basis. Need something to eat? Just find a member of staff and they'll have it delivered to you within 20 mins. Need a sunbed? No problem. Need your room serviced? No problem, whenever you're ready. A true paradise made even better by the genuinely wonderful and humble staff that work there, it was a privilege to get to know them.

Perfect place to unwind!
We spent 2 nights here and wished we could have stayed longer!
The rooms: we stayed in Villa Coco which was huge and generous in every way. The specification is very high end - including a wine fridge, steamer, and Dyson hair dryer. Bed super comfortable as well.
The hotel: the design of the entire hotel is beautiful and boho chic. Every detail even the umbrellas on the beach is lovely and thought through. The infinity pool overlooks the beach and is super clean and just the right temperature. Service is better than in any luxury hotel I’ve stayed in - we asked for an umbrella by the pool and someone moved it around once an hour to make sure we’re still in the shade!
The beach: it’s a public beach but with private sun beds just for hotel guests (which the staff guard fiercely from external non- hotel guests). The setting is lovely and sea is beautiful with gentle waves and not too much boat traffic. The beach was quite busy when we were here but it’s also the busiest time a year so probably usually more quiet.
The food: breakfast was lovely, a la carte and everything prepared fresh. We had dinner at the beach club one night and it was great quality too.
Overall: beautiful experience, great value for money, would definitely recommend!

A beautiful place for relaxation
For us it was a very nice villa
of standing with a perfect layout facing a beautiful beach. Breakfast is à la carte cooked on site it is divine!!! The staff is efficient is helpful.But above all this hotel has a dream manager an exceptional and extraordinary person of incredible kindness congratulations to you for your Welcoming and above all thank you for everything.
