Nice place away from the hussle of BKK

We stayed here with 3 friends for just one night to get away from the touristic hussle of BKK. The place is very nice and quite, spacious, clean and confortable rooms. Good breakfast. The owner also gave us a ride to the floating market. Perfect place to visit the river market and the nearby attraction of Maeklong Railway Market (just 10mins away)
I would really recommend it for a relaxing stay to see a different side of Thailand,

Family guesthouse

Family orientated guesthouse.
Nice owner who gave us rides to river market and to "Song Thew" bus stop. Owner speaks english so no problem for non-Thai guest.
Location is actually nice as its about 500m to 1Km away from main river market. Enough distance to ensure peace and quiet nights. You could actually walk buy we're on holiday so so we gladly accepted owners ride.
Rooms are a bit basic and bathrooms could be a bit more luxurious but I've read that Amphawa accomodations are a bit more costly compared to elsewhere.
Common areas are ideal for family to bond as many benches to have meals together.
Light breakfast is offered. Nothing fancy but enough. Anyway most guest rather save their tummy for market food.
In summary, for about THB1,000, I would say nice place for couples and family to relax. Relatively near to walk.
If taking a "Song Thew" from Mae Klong bus terminal, its about 20 min ride. Best is to get guesthouse mobile number and get Song Thew driver to chat with owner about directions.

Clean, cheap and handy

Stayed 3 nights as base to visit the various floating markets, Amphawa is 5 mins walk away so really handy. Rooms large clean and well appointed, en suit, TV etc, staff friendly and helpful, maps on wall display and leaflets to help you find your way around. Ample car parking.
All for a bargain price of 1,000 baht per night

The best place I have stayed so far.

週日入住只需要1000泰銖，超值! 廣大的庭院，周遭環境安靜，早起有雞鳴和鳥叫聲，店員雖然不太會說英語，但人超級好，免費接送我們去美功搭車。
If you want to wake up with birds singing and surrounded by the nature, dinning in a big garden, then this is the place you must come to stay. Highly recommended with this reasonable price!

Superbe

Calme, proche du centre, disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel ; eau, petit déjeuner et vélos gratuits. les chambres/bungalows donnent sur un patio avec fontaine. Parfait pour un couple.
Dureté de la literie en revanche.
