Good family friendly place.

This was a good find, the reception when we arrived was great, the owner himself came to greet. We were made to feel welcome immediately. Rooms is a good size and clean, the only drawback is that there is no coffee station in the room. That would have been great. Breakfast changed daily, it was not great but hit the spot. They serve other meal too and i can say the burger is tops. One thing the should work on is the passage from the rooms to the breakfast / pool area. There are tiles laid on the walking path and if it rains this is very very very slippery. This can be changed for safety reasons. apart from this, it is still a winner.

Hideaway in busy beach town

Our family had a wonderful expirence here. Very communal vibe with a nice common space. Nice staff and great food - especially curry. Also participated in the Sunday BBQ with African performance which was a real highlight of our trip. Not a super fancy place but all our needs were met and it felt clean and well take care of. Jason the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - organizing outings, showing us cool beach spots and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hope we can be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with my wife and our two young children. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm, family friendly atmosphere that truly made us feel at home.
The staff were amazing, very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention to the owner and manager (Kambei), who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their level of care and personal attention was something you rarely experience. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into a family.
Everything about our experience was exceptional,the atmosphere, the hospitality, and the genuine love they showed to our family. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. I only hope that everyone who stays here gets to experience the same level of care and comfort that we did.

Fond of this place but room for improvement

Stayed here 5 nights. It’s a real nice oasis in the somewhat chaotic Nungwi. Very cute hippy kind of feel to it. Nice pool area with sun loungers and spot to have a drink/food. Friendly staff and reasonable value for money. Rooms were authentic but there was room for improvements particularly with the bathroom ie a door that fits without a gap, hot or even warm water for a shower. Also note that if you want to sunbathe around the pool you will have difficulties. Everything is in shade and you will have to manoeuvre a heavy sun loungers to a sunny spot if you can find one. Close to beach and main restaurant area. Free water available. Safe facilities in room also.
