Grandiose Oase in Arusha

We were warmly welcomed and the hostess spoiled us with incredibly good food. The hostess was very attentive and warm and always remained very modest despite her very good cooking skills. We could end our day in the garden in the lounge and the swing and spend the evening in the wonderful living room. This place is highly recommended and we would go back anytime. We could park our car in the complex for safety and you felt very safe at Mambo Hideaway.

Highly recommended

We really liked the hostel, the treatment of the girl who is in charge of the reception and breakfast was extraordinary. It is a quiet place without hustle and bustle, you wake up hearing the birds. It is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Arusha. Highly recommended.

perfect place to spend the night with your husband

We stayed for 1 night. the room was beautiful and the bed mmmmh. and don’t get me started about the shower damnnn,it was amazing. and lemme tell you: the breakfast is great. pancakes, nutella, fruits and coffee etc. would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel and amazing management

This hotel is very charming and all the details are taken care. I haven't been in a better hotel in all Africa. Rooms are clean, the personal (Gloria) is extremely polite and attentive. The decoration is marvelous, inside the main room but also in all the rooms (we have stayed in two different rooms). There is enough water for having a good shower and the power supply is also enough even for a hairdryer. It is even possible to plug a European connector to Electricity. The WiFi is also excellent, as well as the food (Gloria cooks delicious). As a summary, this hotel is your best option in all Arusha without any doubt, and the price is extremely reasonable.

Cozy and calm with a beautiful garden

It is super cozy and you feel at home straightaway. The food is freshly prepared and the dinner is amazing. It is a fair bit outside of the city centre, so if you are looking for a calm and quit stay, then this is perfect for you. You'll be surrounded by a green paradise (in which a cool bar is located)
The obly negative poibt is the length of the beds. Our mattress was approximately 180cm, so tall people might find an issue there. Apparently most mattresses in TZN are rather short for European/US measurements.
