Clean and functional but small

Clean and well decorated but quite small rooms, even for east Asia, and surprisingly no bidet. Nice breakfast but smaller than typical Asian hotels’ and repeated daily

Cleanliness issue is worst

Boutique hotel, room is tiny, the cleanliness is not much acceptable, such as the water marks on shower head , the stain on the shower room wall.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay at Fairfield by Marriott Taichung. We appreciate your kind mention of the boutique style of the hotel, while also acknowledging your concerns about the room size and cleanliness. Your observations about the shower area have been noted, and we regret that these aspects detracted from your experience. Your input is valuable to us and helps us continually improve.

New start, new vision! Refreshing experience.

It has been a while to visit Fairfield Taichung again and as I know now is almost fully booked all the time.
Just book the hotel one day before checking in therefore the room can’t be upgraded. However, the staff (forgot the name of the lady who is so energetic and warm to explain tor looking for my understanding). Due to its short stay and stayed this hotel previously several times I accepted the room.
The staying night was just with the event for Marriott members. There is not so much food but just finger food, but the vibe is good.
GM Shane Lee is a very enthusiastic leader and can tell she would like all her team and staff provide their guests best staying experience.
Except the location a little inconvenient, everyone I returned this hotel I felt go home.

A standard quality hotel

Not over-enthousiastic about my stay. The hotel itself is not a large hotel and there is not really options for late drinks, which I would have needed for business reasons. So, this was a little bit disappointing
Rooms are clean but not very large. Food at restaurant was OK, but there was nothing special.

Unprofessional Staffs

The staff was unprofessional and lacked courtesy. It would have been appreciated if they had informed guests properly instead of handling things in a discreet manner.
