Old and Sad and Depressing
Staff very nice and helpful
Fridge worked very well
Was able to switch rooms quickly when I found water coming up from under the flooring in my first room on the second floor (see below)
Great water pressure in the shower.
Bad
'Closet' smells like urine
First room had water under the vinyl flooring
AC very weak and keeps the room VERY humid, does not dehumidify
Aged poorly: walls banged up, wallpaper peeling, sconces loose, door doesn't close well
Gross plastic sheets
Very dark bathroom (no way someone could put makeup on in there)
Leaky shower head
Unstable water temp
Old quiet TV
No hand soap
Slow, unstable WiFi
Kinda far from convenience stores
Employees/neighbors constantly smoking outside
Elevator rickety and loud
Hallway music loud

Worth more than the price
The rooms feel aging, there are no washlets, but the hallways and lobby are also legume-cleaned and there is no problem with cleanliness at all
It was quiet because the street was not along a big road, and there was room to spread suitcases
Soundproofing from the hallway is not very good, but I think the standard is level in this class, and it didn't bother me because there weren't many guests on weekdays
There were many restaurants in the surroundings, and the night market was quite good comprehensive cospa within walking distance

The worst room of the four.
I was in room 212, but I think it was the smallest of the four. Bad points
① Bed and writing table are close together, so it is hard to pull out a chair and sit
② No closet
③The shower room is triangular and very narrow
④ The sink is too small to hold anything
⑤ No electric light above sink and no outlet
⑥ There is no safety box in the room
⑦The toilet seat is cold
⑧ There are no coffee cups etc., just two plastic cups
Good point
① Two bottles of mineral water included in the service
② Free coffee in the lobby on the first floor
