Love Wu Zhou Hotel!

Amazing location! Wandering the Dongdamen Night Market leaves you pretty weary and you'll be so relieved when you can just walk across the street and up to your room! YES!!
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast downstairs is simple, but delicious. Meat filled baos from a local shop and congee make it a quick and tasty meal!
Staff very friendly and helpful - greeted us from the moment we walked in and checked in to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. Even helped get a taxi and helped with luggage. Way to go! A++

This was a 1 night stay. We arrived around 9pm. The street parking was completely full. The staff said after 10pm the car parking lots should be free. But it remained occupied. We were directed to another car park named PP. Said to be complimentary. However, we ended up paying NTD 460 upon check out.
There is not lift at the building. You have to carry up your own luggage. Water dispenser is available at ground floor. The building is quite old and needs renovation. The carpet and windows were dirty. Broken sockets. Stained pillow cases. The good thing is that they provide a one time use towel.
Breakfast was minimal. Porridge, 4 simple condiments, meat bun and bread. No eggs. We came down at 8am and there was close to none except for buns.

It is close to Dongda Night Market, so it is quite convenient to travel. The room is large, enough for a simple rest. The only downside is that there is no elevator, it is best to ask first if you have elders traveling. We arrived late and left us the last room on the 5th floor. The front desk staff was shocked when they saw my mother, and said that they could refund the money. They were afraid that we would make a bad review. Fortunately, my mother's legs and feet are still good, and the house is also an old apartment. On the fourth floor, it is not a problem to go back and forth several times a day, so the front desk is relieved

Average stay

We booked a family room. Room is quite spacious. Cleanliness can be improve as the air cond looks dusty. The hotel are without lift and moving your luggage to the upper floor prove to be a challenge. Breakfast was simple and nice.

Adjacent to the night market, the room is quite large, much more affordable than other hotels. Breakfast is a simple buffet meal, but it is better to go out to Taiwan to go out early.
