Good 3-star hotel with a sensational view of the lake. Would love to come back

We were here in the 5th. heatwave of the hot summer of 2026.
The most impressive thing: The view from the lake-view rooms is sensational. Yes, it was warm in the hallways and in the room, but the hotel is not to blame for that. This could also be managed by airing out the room.
The room has what it needs and it is clean at all times.
And it has its own reserved parking spaces.
The breakfast is much better than some reviews describe it. It has many things that make a buffet pleasant. Even including salmon and prosecco.

Good location. Unfortunately, the staff is inattentive and only moderately motivated. The kitchen deserves praise.

Boiling hot hotel rooms at night

The hotel rooms do not have air conditioning and it was very hot. We couldn't sleep. There was boiling at night. The hotel offered a small propeller. It didn't help. Then we got promised an extra propeller, but we couldn't get it anyway. The hotel owner - I was told by the receptionist - does not want air conditioning in the rooms due to the environment, but he has air conditioning in the reception/office area. But the guests - who pay 17,000 DKK for a week (for a 3-star hotel), can not get a really big propel for the room. The first night we opened the door to the balcony. But then a lot of insects came in. And they sat down on us and stacked/bed. So we have had to keep the door/window closed. There's no mosquito net.
So our sheets on the bed and pillows are completely wet of sweat.
Why we just suddenly couldn't get an extra propeller, I don't know. But they should then buy some more/larger propellers for the poor guests. The receptionist also said that there were many complaining that it was too hot at night. But the owner would not do anything about it.
We'll never be here again. Great views, but the days - where we had to walk in the mountains - are ruined because we can't sleep at night.

Allocated parking space in the small car park. The view from the swimming pool was spectacular. Amazing location for dinner and breakfast.
