Recreation and holidays for all occasions
No advance payment needed, where else can I get it ! Excellent cuisine with 1/2 board + snacks , large selection of menus a lot of flexibility. Additional services with the guest card incl. such as cable car to Muottas Naluns but also chair lift from Ftan to Prui, bathing pass with bathrobe and cloth incl. to Bogn Engadina which has a super sauna with infusion and peeling cream. You can also use your guest card to make the 3 national journey Switzerland-Austria-Italy. The hotel is tastefully decorated and decorated with Arvenholz very nice interior.
In addition, a lived motto is one comes as a guest and leaves as a friend. Viva- Allegra Grishun

Never again!
Arrival: no one at the reception (as was the case the entire time I was there). A nice lady from the service made a sincere effort, telling me that no guests were booked for today. She then went to check and saw that I was indeed booked. Elevator out of order (no notice beforehand; if I had been mobility impaired, I would not have reached the room). There was a hair in the bed and the sheet was dirty. It turned out on the second day that it was not the sheet, but the mattress protector. They simply forgot to make the bed. No one informed me that the Bogn was closed; I had booked months in advance. There was also a hair in the bathtub. The room does not match the pictures on the website. Do not be deceived.
The next day, I visited the breakfast room at half past seven. I was informed by a cleaning staff member that there was no breakfast available. However, I had paid for it. I departed early on the same day. I contacted the hotel and requested a refund. Then, I was threatened with a lawyer and accused of trying to skip out on the bill (which is not possible with Booking, as it is charged in advance). I did not even receive a refund for the breakfast. Booking refunded me a small portion. Attempts at mediation by Booking were not answered at all. I then booked a *** hotel in Klosters that cost half as much and was far better.
Subpar customer service. It is obvious that they do not care.
