Best hotel I stayed at in Switzerland by a landslide. Conveniently located close to town, amazing amenities and service from staff. Everybody was kind and helpful. Meals at the restaurant were DELICIOUS. A/C worked but rooms won’t cool below 72 degrees. Highly recommend. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi was wonderful. The gym was a proper gym, not a typical hotel gym. Gorgeous views of the lake from the restaurant.

A great hotel to test

Luxury hotel but not in exaggeration. The staff is welcoming, accommodating and especially attentive. The rooms are very clean, and I recommend the suites. They are spacious, superbly equipped with dressing room, living room, office, coffee corner, etc...Even if the furniture and design of the room is not contemporary, everything is of high quality and extremely well maintained.
The restaurant is on top with a nice simple menu, but with real homemade cuisine... very nice.
Finally, I could talk to you about the view, the spa, the infrastructures but I invite you to come and make your own opinion:-)

Perfect for relaxing

Beautiful and modern building. It has clean and tidy rooms, an indoor swimming pool for swimming, an outdoor pool with hydromassage to relax and finally a SPA consisting of Turkish bath, sauna, relaxation rooms and the possibility of massages and treatments.
The staff is very courteous and helpful.

It's a nice hotel, but be aware that it is also a clinic and rehabilitation place, so the ambience may differ slightly from that of a regular hotel.
The staff was friendly. The rooms are big, clean, and well equipped, with a really nice view.
The food was delicious.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful location

Perfect stay in a beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Pool and spa access. Spacious rooms. Very good food. Hiking possible. Parking to leave your car there bus very accessible to go for a walk to the lake and the surroundings. St Gallen is a must. Very affordable boat rides. I advise Lindau on the German side which is the most beautiful city around the lake. Unforgettable memory
