Hassle-free self-check-in

I stayed two nights and, being my first experience with self-check-in, I was a bit skeptical. Instead, everything worked perfectly: clear instructions, easy access and no hitches. The environment is quiet, modern, clean and well maintained, ideal for those seeking a stay without complications. An excellent solution for those who want total autonomy and zero waste of time

Vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, dein Feedback zu teilen.
Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass dein Aufenthalt nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Das neu erbaute Self-Check-in Hotel BRIX wurde nach den neuesten Standards und Anforderungen eines 3-Sterne Hotels konzipiert. Gerne kannst du uns mitteilen, was deiner Meinung nach bei der Einrichtung gefehlt hat. Für konstruktive Inputs sind wir jederzeit offen und dankbar.
Der Fernseher läuft über ein LAN-Kabel und nicht über WiFi. Dennoch ist unser oberster Anspruch, dass Funktionalität und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt jederzeit gewährleistet ist. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass dies in deinem Fall nicht gelungen ist.
Vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback – es hilft uns, unser Angebot weiter zu verbessern und intern zu überprüfen.

Perfect location

We stayed at Brix Self Check Hotel and were really impressed! The self check-in system was super easy to use, and I loved being able to unlock our room directly from the app. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. Breakfast was served at the hotel next door, and it was a real highlight of our stay, the food was delicious and the service outstanding. A great modern and comfortable place to stay!
