Good location
Great location opposite railway station, metres from old town you can walk to everything. Breakfast good, staff helpful

Pre Cruise Stay
We stayed here for two night pre-river cruise. Great location right across the street from the train station. Easy walk to center of town. Room was nice.

Practical & Well-Located, Right by Lucerne Station
We stayed at this hotel for three nights across four rooms. Its best feature is the location — right next to Lucerne train station, with a McDonald's and Starbucks on the ground floor for convenience. However, that same location can be a bit of a nuisance on weekend nights, as street noise carried all the way up to the 6th floor on a Saturday.
To the hotel's credit, when we requested a room change from the 4th floor due to a smell issue, the front desk promptly upgraded us to a room on the 6th floor. The check-in process is quite tech-enabled, done entirely via an iPad, and even communicating with the front desk or housekeeping during your stay is done through an iPad in the room — it has the efficient, functional feel of a business hotel more than a boutique one, which worked well for our practical needs during the trip.
Access to a microwave on the 6th floor and an ice machine on the 1st floor was genuinely helpful, letting us eat in after long days of sightseeing. The hotel also kindly held onto our luggage after checkout on our last day, which made our departure much easier.
The breakfast spread was well laid out, and the staff were very helpful in providing gluten-free bread options.

The location was excellent and the room was well appointed, clean, and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were friendly at checkin and helpful with suggestions and questions.

Angela arrogant
I was impressed with location and Rooms of hotel monop but one incicent completely changed my review
There was this lady at Breakfast named Angela.. she was extremely arrogant and was very rude. We just requested 3 min early check in for breakfast as we had to catch a train, she could hv politely refused but rather she rude and shouted and that was shockin behavior.
We go to reception, angela came running before us and then she and Abel at reception were goggling. Able was surprisingly dull, umimpressive and unresponsive
