Wonderful stay at Cascada!

Wonderful stay at Cascada. Very convenient to train station and all of downtown sights. All of the workers were very friendly helpful- special shoutout to Amelia and Elena! Breakfast buffet was filled with delicious items- especially ice to have made to order eggs! Nice touches like souvenir water bottles!

It was hot in Lucerne. Wish they had air on lower for us. It took a very long time to cool down. Otherwise, nice hotel next to train station.

Great spot in Lucerne!

Wonderful hotel convenient to the train station and to the old city, but in a quiet spot. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Access to the old city was wonderful for our 1-night stay before traveling on to the mountains for hiking.

Close to the bahnhof and easy bus transportation to the old town. Staff is extremely helpful (shoutout to Alexandra) and the bed was super comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants.

Great location, friendly staff, free mini bar in the room, free bike rental! Everything about the hotel was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the bathroom layout in our room felt a bit awkward. The toilet is positioned right up against the sink counter, making it nearly impossible to stand up without hitting your face or head on the vanity edge. I’m not sure if this tight fit is specific to this particular room (314), but a bit more clearance would make a huge difference. Aside from that design hiccup, we enjoyed our stay!
