Fantastic Two Night Stay

Just back from a two night stay at the Warwick and really enjoyed our stay. Brilliant hotel. Room was overlooking the train station and although the road is busy you could barely hear the traffic. Loved the location, barely 10 minutes from airport to hotel foyer, via the train into Geneva, out of the station and the hotel is across the street. Also perfect for a 5 minute walk down to lake Geneva and the multitude of cafes, bars & restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great location right by the train station and not far from the lake or bus station. The hotel is nice, I wouldn't say it's comparable to many other Euro 3-star hotels. Especially with as expensive as Geneva is.

Hotel staff were amazing especially Mohammed and concierge. Arrived late and only stayed 1 night. Good sleep and liked the amenities in the room. Room felt small and had to pay for parking which for the price should have been included. Had public transport passes but for the time we was there didnt use.

Disappointing handling of an A/C complaint

The A/C in my room was not cooling properly, but staff insisted it was working at 22°C without properly checking it. They gave me a fan, which showed the room was actually around 27°C in the afternoon and 25°C late at night.
I was also repeatedly told that A/C in Switzerland is different from Saudi Arabia, which felt dismissive, especially since I had stayed at three other hotels in Switzerland without this issue.
The breakfast and breakfast team were excellent, but overall, the complaint handling was not what I would expect from a four-star hotel. I would not stay at Warwick again.

Regarding the air conditioning, we sincerely regret that our handling of your concern left you disappointed. In Switzerland, there are energy-efficiency regulations and recommendations regarding indoor temperature and the operation of cooling systems, and hotel air conditioning may therefore operate differently from what you may be accustomed to in Saudi Arabia. However, we understand that this does not make your experience any less frustrating, particularly when your room felt significantly warmer than expected.

Very rude Receptionist

The staff at the front desk were very unprofessional and rude. Hotel should retrain them
