Exceptional Stay – Modern & Welcoming!
I spent four nights here recently and was thoroughly impressed by the facilities and service! The building is sleek, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also a major highlight with an excellent, high-quality selection each morning.
A massive shoutout goes to Kavin at reception! He checked me in at midnight and was incredibly helpful, even assisting me with finding a taxi spot at 5 AM the next morning. His friendly and professional attitude gave the perfect first impression and is a true credit to the hotel.
The only downside was housekeeping. They never refreshed my room during my stay. I didn't expect fresh sheets or towels every day, but a quick tidy-up or refresh would have been nice.
Aside from that, the booking via Agoda was flawless. Thanks to Kavin, I’d still highly recommend this property!
NOTE: I almost gave 4 stars due to housekeeping, but the brand-new modern rooms, incredible breakfast, and Kavin's superstar service definitely earn this place a full 5 stars!

Nice hotel
My only comment is that we arrived in the evening quite tired after spending hours at the airport and check in was quite slow. We really just wanted to get into bed and sleep so this wasn’t ideal.
Breakfast was reasonable, although not what I was expecting in terms of some of the items. There was sausages, eggs (2 ways), pastries, toast, fruit, cucumber and carrot. It would be great to have another vegan option for milk as rice milk isn’t great for hot drinks.

Comfortable and cozy stay - Near the airport
The only negative was sour refrigerator was not working (the staff offered to switch us to another room).
Would definitely stay again next time.
