Unfortunately, our stay got off to a very disappointing start.
We were assigned a pitch located directly opposite the hotel's ventilation system and next to a railing. Since we could clearly see that there were many other pitches available, we asked if we could move to one of them and were happy to pay an additional fee.
We were told that everything was fully booked, so we accepted the answer.
However, it seemed strange, so we checked the hotel's website ourselves. There we found that many pitches were still available. When we returned to the reception and showed them what we had found, we were suddenly allowed to move to another pitch.
It certainly didn't seem like there had been any last-minute cancellations, as many of those pitches remained empty throughout our entire stay. This left us with the impression that the staff simply didn't want to make the effort to help us in the first place.
Unfortunately, the service at the reception was not welcoming either. The staff rarely greeted guests back, and we often felt ignored. On one occasion, I stood waiting for quite a while to order a pizza. Even though there were no other guests waiting, nobody wanted to take my order. I asked two members of staff, and only the third person finally helped me. In the meantime, other guests who arrived after me were served first. I couldn't help feeling that the staff were annoyed because we had pointed out that there were available pitches.
As a result, I avoided going to the reception for the rest of our stay because the atmosphere felt very uncomfortable.
When we left, we unfortunately forgot an entire clothesline with laundry hanging in the basement drying area. It was quickly stolen. I contacted the reception afterwards, but unfortunately our belongings were never found. I would therefore advise other guests to be careful when leaving clothes to dry in the basement.
The only thing that deserves praise is the spa. We had massages there, and the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I have left a separate 5-star review for that experience.
Sadly, our experience with the reception staff overshadowed the rest of our stay. That's a real shame, because the resort itself has great potential.

Upon departure, we unfortunately forgot an entire clothesline with clothing in the drying room in the basement. It was stolen shortly thereafter. I subsequently contacted the reception, but unfortunately our things were not found. Therefore, I would recommend that other guests not hang any clothing unattended in the basement to dry.
The only thing that truly deserves praise is the spa area. We had massages there, and the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have submitted a separate 5-star review for that.
Unfortunately, our experience with the staff at the reception overshadowed the entire stay. That is a great shame, because the facility itself actually has great potential.
