We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we were kindly upgraded, which made our visit feel even more special. We were also treated to a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely touch.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were greeted with complimentary drinks on arrival, and even given drinks to take with us when we left for our journey home, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a lovely balcony where we could relax. We also appreciated the little extras, including robes and slippers in the bathroom, along with complimentary water and biscuits waiting for us on arrival.
We especially enjoyed spending an hour at the lido opposite the hotel, which was a great addition to our stay.
Overall, everything was wonderful. The attention to detail and excellent service made our anniversary celebration truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay however, the carpet in the rooms were old and even had hairs in certain areas. One of our rooms had a used towel from a previous guest I am assuming behind the bathtub. Food was really good too! Please update the carpets in the rooms!!!! 15 minute drive from Lugano central.

A grand experience
On our return trip and with little desire to leave Italy, we made a turning through Campione d’Italia. We have not regretted that!
Located right by Lago Lugano, the hotel overlooks the Swiss Mountains and the city of Lugano.
The hotel rooms are spacious and well equipped. Here you feel at home!The service is friendly and helpful with e.g. parking.
The food at the hotel is super!

Great staff, beautiful room with a view of the lake Lugano , breakfast was great, dinner was so spectacular the chef and restaurant should get a Michelin guide toque and at ordinary prices. Will be back. Our go to in Campione. Deserves 7 stars!!!

Kindness and professionalism
I stayed at this hotel for work reasons and found a very welcoming environment. The owners and the staff are professional, truly available and kind. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The breakfast includes a large buffet with a wide selection, from sweet to savory of all kinds, different breads, and preparations even off the menu. The kitchen, led by Chef Cesare Valenti and his staff, is superb, absolutely perfect for the class of this hotel. In short, everything is perfect! I really hope to be able to return soon. Thank you very much to all the staff!
