Terribly dirti showers

Terribly dirty. The showers hadn't been cleaned in a long time; there was a thick, slimy coating on the floors and walls. The whole area smelled of rot

Stay long enough until the next visit, if it ever gets...

Have stayed here many times before with a few years intervals. The service house is in poor condition and should definitely be kept. The campsite was half full and a lot of queues in the service house, dare not think about whether it should be full booked. Cleanliness was totally absent, really nasty to have to use the bathroom and shower. So staff who was taking away the garbage 3 times for 5 days, but not washed. 1/3 of the family bath/child shower was closed due to season (mid-season?) and then only 1/3 of the family bath had, for example, a bath bath. (Which lacks plug to). Apparently in general there was absence with staff at the campsite. Generally a lot of garbage around the campsite. The laundry room should also be upgraded.. Stay long until the next visit, if we are generally coming.

Untidy!

No toilet paper or drying paper at the reception. The cottage was really not tidy. Dusty in all corners of the floor and some brown spot on the sofa that was not very inviting. Check-in 15. Don't be ready till 16, if only they were clean then. No more gluten-free in the only restaurant.

Dirty in toilets and not handicap friendly

Terribly bad experience, toilets and showers are downright disgusting, we saw the cleaning and it did not take many minutes for all the toilets! We paid extra to stand close to the disabled toilet when I'm in a wheelchair. A handicap toilet that also everyone takes advantage of. The note that was put on the door no one reads, I told a man but he explained that if it had only been for the disabled, the key card would not work there. We've asked them to recode every year but they don't?! The 2 previous years the water was super hot in the shower and you burned yourself. This year the shower is not working at all! We told him directly on Thursday when we arrived, a cleaner wrote it in the app, he did not think it could be arranged on Thursday when it was approaching evening but it was not fixed at all the 4 days we were there! After 2 days my husband caught a new staff who just informed that the person in charge has vacation so it would not be fixed for a while? So as a disabled person you can use only 2 different showers in the whole area! But then they are big so there was super long line, everyone wants that shower. If you are disabled, do not go to Nydala camping. Husband has for 2 years offered to pay for free to change to regular lock o make 10 keys to the campsite which he almost only been mocked for. We have written to you after every visit when we tried to visit you for the last 4 years and if it had not been for the son who lives in Umeå, we would never have returned after the second year! Sollefteå is big camping, much cheaper , a special handicap toilet and cleaner toilets

Camp Nydala-Umeå

Arrived here in July was a week.
A lot of noise from machines on the back of the service house.
The machines and equipment there should have been placed in another suitable place.
Very worn and poor service house,needs an upgrade.
