Pricey, dirty, worn, bad breakfast
The hotel was very dated, strange and old decor and dirty.
Good breakfast. In the bedroom there was a photo of a hotel room, what a joke! False marketing of First Hotel. Simply lousy.

Unfriendly staff and unfresh room
The walls had stains of some kind, and on the wall there is also a framed picture of a nice and newly renovated room. Nowhere near the rooms we were given.
The toilet was not cleaned properly, had run slightly along the wall, dust and dirt on the floor. In the shower, the tiles had started to drop completely from the wall and the scraper that you should scrape water with in the shower had probably not been changed in a very long time.
Said that some parts of the hotel would be renovated, but that they rent out rooms that look like this is a health risk.
When we tried to change rooms because of how it looked, we get an answer that -"you have got such a good price, and it is fully booked!"
We explained again why we wanted to change and said we could split up, so that 2 slept in one room and 2 in another if it would help. But again we got the same short answer.
-"You've got such a good price", it's fully booked!"
There was no possibility that the hotel was fully booked, as much of the hotel was closed, turned off and the heat was down.
