Amazing Stay in Gothenburg

Went for a weekend getaway for my dad’s birthday and honestly no complaints! Spencer at reception was very friendly and upgraded one of our room and offered us late checkout. The hotel is beautiful and spacious with lots of places to relax (handy when you have a late flight like we did). Breakfast was amazing we kept going back for more. Chic but comfy vibe, would absolutely recommend

We need new leadership

We arrived on Saturday, and even though we had called 3 times in advance no one had informed us that the road to the hotel was blocked for 6 hours between 12 and 18:15 due to an amount. When we arrived at the hotel we were well received, but when we arrived in the room there was a lot of black hair on the bathroom floor and not very clean else either. We did not get a new room, but 2 vouchers for 125,- which we had 30 minutes to use in the restaurant before it was fully booked. They cleaned the bathroom. We also tried to use them on the top floor, but when we asked what they had for kids was the answer spring rollers for they are not so spicy, or rice.... The breakfast hostel was very nice, but heavily underbemanned. There were many dirty tables. The next day we switched to one deluxe room to try to get a better experience. The receptionist said they should fix extra bed linen and towels right away. We went to Liseberg and cost us there for 7 hours. When we got back, they still hadn't fixed it. We asked for two extra bedsets and towels since we were 2 adults and 2 children. They should fix it. We got two towels, one just one set of beds. When the kids were going to bathe in the bathtub, a lot of little black hair floated again. We cleaned ourselves, because we couldn't afford more. After the kids had bathed and the wife had showered, there was no more hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. Breakfast. At departure was better manned, but there were also significantly fewer guests. We're never going back.

Great hotel in a good location

During our stay in Gothenburg we spent 2 nights at the hotel. Very friendly staff, chic hotel with great ambience. Very good escape and room size with high sleeping comfort, all very neat. In the morning there was a rich and selected breakfast buffet.

Beautiful view from our 6th-floor room, nice breakfast and good location; it was lovely to take the ferry over from near the hotel.

We have been to this hotel several times with our dog. The staff is very welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Hotel rooms are equipped with a luxurious bed and a large and well-functioning bathroom. The breakfast buffet is clear and inviting and we have to sit with our dog in the bar, which is very significant for us. The surrounding surroundings have evolved over recent years with the possibility of minigolf, “Vassen” / street food and generally more attractive.
We have previously parked in the harbour (outdoors), where we have been unfortunate to have a burglary in the car, so we chose to park in the basement and this worked impeccably.
Should we mention a little negative, although it is not easy - could the TV/chromecast be upgraded
