Great hotel for relaxing after a long flight.

We had a really great 2 day rest having just arrived in Sri Lanka. The staff were great on arrival and all throughout the stay. They arranged a taxi for us to go on to our next hotel too. It was all hassle free.
The hotel is basic but had everything we needed. It is really quiet considering you are only a few minutes walk from the bustling street with its restaurants, gift shops and wine shops. The bed was comfortable and had a mosquito net. The pool is small but had enough sun loungers to go round. The gardens were perfectly kept.
The breakfast was brilliant and well worth the money. I would highly recommend for a stay in Negombo.
Thank you to the staff for making the first few days of a busy few weeks go so smoothly.

Paradise

I loved the place! I had the villa facing the pool .. I only stayed one night but it was perfect! Beautiful small spacious apartment and beautiful room! The garden is beautiful .. a little paradise!

Really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed with my husband for two nights on arrival in Sri Lanka and wish we’d booked a little longer. The villas are situated in a bustling area of Negombo with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. We didn’t visit the beach but it is also a few minutes walk away.
We booked through Booking.com, and organised both our airport pickup and transfer to Sigiriya directly with the hotel.
The grounds of the hotel are well kept and the pool area is a lovely place to chill after travelling.
We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was lovely, however we did not have a separate living and kitchen area which we were expecting, it was just one room and a bathroom, with a large terrace area. This didn’t bother us as I had no intention of cooking anyway, but if it is important to you check the small print - I just assumed because we had booked a ‘villa’. I think both the two bedroom villas have the living/kitchen area.
The staff were brilliant, even before we arrived they responded to messages quickly.
Breakfast was really delicious- and lots of it.
Overall a great experience and really good value for money.

Peaceful and close to everything . A great place to start our trip .

Such a peaceful place despite being only a short walk to the beach and many restaurants . We had a 2 bedroom villa . Perfect for 4 people ( we were just 2 ) . Both rooms on suite and a sitting and dinning area . The kitchen equipment is basic but manageable for snacks /lunch . Large fridge . Beds are very comfortable and there was a nice patio for us to sit on . Nice garden , Staff helpful . Pool nice . The breakfast was delicious the best we had in the 17 days we were in Sri Lanka .

A peaceful stop in a beautiful garden

Small houses in the heart of a beautiful flower garden. A peaceful and relaxing place yet close to the center. A comfortable bedding.
A very nice pool and welcoming staff. One of the best breakfasts we have experienced in the country, hearty and very varied with many fruits.
Very Good Value for Award!
