All good Hansi is very Good in reception

Extremely poor experience
The hotel is very dirty and the cleanliness standard is extremely low. The neglect is obvious from the moment you step into the filthy reception area, and it continues inside the rooms with dusty and dirty ceiling fans. The biggest issue is that they refill water bottles in an unhygienic way, and I have photos proving how dirty the bottles are. A very disappointing and unsafe stay.
Finally I paid approximately $6 because I broke the hotel's dirty water bottle.

We would like to clarify that the charge for the broken water bottle was applied only after it was acknowledged and accepted during your stay. Had the concern regarding the bottle's condition been brought to our attention before check-out, our team would have gladly inspected the bottle and replaced it immediately if required.
We would also like to note that all water bottles are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before being placed in guest rooms. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest safety remains one of our top priorities.
