Group massage booking - Welcoming and Comfortable
Mala was punctual, vibrant and more importantly delivered excellent massages tailored to each guest. What made the experience memorable was her beautiful smile that made everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Good Home Stay Unit
We, a team of members from NPTA (Northern Province Tourism Association) visited this property as part of our learning visit to the Eastern Province.
Mala herself a very active and interesting host. The property is a perfect example of a Typical Home Stay Unit. We had a good time there and Mala served us a very good lunch for us. The property offers not only accommodation but also tours, food, cooking courses etc………

Despite everything, she was able to build a beautiful home in Batticaloa & then eventually her home stay which is a true haven.
Her home & homestay are set amidst beautiful gardens. You can sit outside under the trees for breakfast & listen to the sounds of birds chirping. Mala is an excellent cook & has even been featured on local television. She also has a private area for her massages & she is a skilled, professional masseuse. Her property is gated & is safe for families with children.
The rooms are large, spotlessly clean as are the bathrooms. Mala’s husband & children help with running the place & are the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet.
She will pamper you, feed you with the most delicious organic food, teach you how to cook, chat with you, laugh with you & be on hand to cater to your every need should you want.
If however you want privacy, then the sheer space & largeness of the property will ensure that too.
With their own van, she will also take you around to local places for sightseeing & she is a bit of a local celebrity so you will meet many of Mala’s friends & get a real feel for the place & it’s people & it’s culture.
Local businesses like Mala’s homestay really need your support & are extremely good value for money.
You will go there as a guest but you will leave as a friend of the family & have a great experience.

Quick Breakfast stop over
An excellent opportunity for foreign visitors to experience typical Sri Lankan village home life.
And the real star of the place is 'Mala' the effervescent proprietress of the establishment. She is a gregarious, warm hearted lady who will share the secrets of her cooking and the explain to you the rich culture of the region.
A super place to experience the rich culture and traditions of the sleepy town of Batticaloa.
