The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with a stunning view, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The best view in the entire hotel is from the dining area, which makes every meal even more enjoyable. It’s well-equipped for entertainment and relaxation, making it a good place to unwind. The food was excellent, with a wide selection to choose from, so everyone can find something they like.
However, the price during the off-season felt quite high for just one night, especially considering some of the drawbacks. The rooms are outdated, resembling something from around 2004. The bed was squeaky, the floor uneven, and the pillows were far too soft for comfort. The room lacked basic amenities, even a hairdryer.
Another downside was the poor sound insulation. You can hear almost everything from the hallway through the entrance door, and traffic noise comes through the windows as well—fortunately, there aren’t many cars passing by.
What was most disappointing is that during our four-day stay, housekeeping didn’t come even once.
Overall, while the location, view, and food were great, the room quality and service did not match the price.

Set away on side of a mountain in a national park Mala Fatra. Very scenic views from balcony, dining area and terrace. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Good play area for family with children. Decent size swimming pool.

3* hotel with 4* service

Hotel has a fantastic location. Although it is not new, all interior has been restored and now rooms are modern and comfortable. Restaurant is not cheap but offers excellent selection of meals and drinks.
