Sleek modern hotel

On our late arrival we were welcomed into the hotel by a friendly gentleman. The parking was a little tricky to distinguish at night. Our room had a double bed and two singles, and we had a very comfortable nights stay. During the night the room was extremely hot, almost uncomfortably so, due to the heat through the large glass windows. The hotel was very modern, clean, and a very pleasant stay was had. The breakfast was delightful with good fruit, bread and the continental trimmings, plus hot bacon and eggs also. This was a convenient stopover location on our trip from the airport to Hungary.

Caution

Bad service from the manager (tatiana), disrespectful attitude to our requests.
The manager agreed to change our towels once every three days and asked to keep them clean.
No room service!
Unfortunately, a very unpleasant feeling from staying at the hotel

many things to improve

1. Amanities are missing, the ones that are offered are like samples, you scissors to open. So bring your own shampoo/shower or buy in the nearby super market.
2. Pipes are not working properly. Every time that I push cauldron ("niagara") in other words, "water" came over the floor. Situation comes dangerous (slippery) and of course unhealthy.
3. Once I asked 3 times (started as of early morning) all the day to have an extra toilet paper .. Finally in the night, I came down again in the reception for an extra one. I thought that it costs nothing to have a second one in the WC.
What was good:
Location is nice, room is spacious but there are many thing to improve there. Parking place is in front of hotel and is you can easily park your car.

No refund

We stayed in the hotel in February.It was very clean,the food was good and the staff very friendly.However,being reccommended by a first time visitor and ourselves being first time visitors,we were promised cashback within eight weeks of our stay.We still haven't received it.

Nice receptionist
i asked for a piece of slovakia cake for our wedding anniversary.
Ended up they baked an entire big cake. €15 only
Very nice though.
The room was simple. Sorry din take pic.
Lotsa mosquitoes outside restaurant but otherwise food was ok.
