Excellent Support
A special thank you to Eileen, who has supported us throughout the entire journey, from the pre-event planning over the past few months to the set-up and actual event day. She is very experienced, responsive and accommodating, especially whenever we have changes along the way. Her support has been invaluable in making the whole process smooth.
We would also like to express our appreciation to the AV team — Dhanish, Mohan, Wong and Hudzir, as well as the Banquet Operations team — Dickson, Royston, Ming Fan and Jay. They are very responsive, helpful and supportive during both the set-up and event day, and are always ready to assist whenever we need anything.
Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, flexibility and excellent assistance. It has been a pleasure working with everyone, and we would definitely recommend YWCA for events.

A wonderful and memorable wedding experience with YWCA
From the very beginning, Ee Ling was professional, responsive, and exceptionally well-organized. She coordinated every detail with great care, giving us confidence and peace of mind throughout the planning process. We were especially touched when she arranged complimentary rooms to accommodate our larger-than-expected number of guests. It was a generous gesture that made a significant difference to us and our families.
On the wedding day, the YWCA staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They went the extra mile to accommodate our requests, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that both we and our guests felt well taken care of.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ee Ling and the entire YWCA team for their outstanding service and hospitality. We highly recommend YWCA as a wedding venue to any couple looking for a team that genuinely cares and strives to make your special day unforgettable.
