Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service from Mr Kajen & Mr Francis
A special thank you to Mr Kajen and Mr Francis for their excellent hospitality and assistance. Both of them were professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It is always the people who make the biggest difference in a hotel experience, and their service definitely left a very positive impression on us.
We truly appreciated the way we were treated and felt well taken care of. Excellent service, great hospitality and a very positive experience overall.
Thank you again to Mr Kajen, Mr Francis and the YMCA One Orchard team. We would gladly stay here again and recommend the hotel to others looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Singapore.
