Awesome stay
My partner and I stayed on 7 to 9 Aug 26, and we had a wonderful stay!
The hotel was comfortable, welcoming and the amenities provided were excellent.
ALL STAFFS from the time we checked in, to breakfast place, to the lounge we interacted were super warm and friendly.
We truly loved our stay and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for a relaxing and pleasant experience!

THE BEST TRIP EVA❤️❤️
This was my first time traveling to Singapore, and my friend recommended Royal Plaza on Scotts. The warm hospitality from Erfan and Haziq made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was gorgeous, and a special shoutout to the VIP Team—Mae, Farly, Jay, Riza, and Dyana—for the beautiful birthday decorations. It made my celebration extra special. I had such a warm and enjoyable stay, and I will definitely come back! ❤️

Amazing stay and central
We had 2 rooms on 12th floor. They were connecting which was great. I loved the rooms which were spacious. Views were of other apartments.
I did not like the lock on bathroom door which was a sliding door which a fiddly hooking door. I also did not like the frosted glass which was quite see through. Bathroom has tub and shower. The toilet shower/bidet is one that needs to be twisted to turn on, so quite fiddly. Shower was hot and powerful so amazing. Toiletries and slippers provided in room. There is a mini fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Water bottles are not provided in room as there is a water filter tap in bathroom but my kids wouldn’t drink it as it’s in bathroom.
Laundry charges are high so did not use.
Food is halal here and so I would try to include breakfast in booking, however if it works out too expensive, outside the restaurant there is a coffee/pastry cart and each morning my kids just grabbed hot drinks and pastries- you get 20% off if you’re staying there.
Loved location which was a few minutes walk away from ION centre. A few plazas nearby, with cinemas and eateries. Plenty of taxis outside or just use grab. No more then around 15/20 minutes to zoo or sentosa.
A really good hawker centre with lots if halal options nearby called Newton Centre.
They have small prayer rom on level 2. A pool on level 5.
A special mention to Nalan and Mathi who always went extra mile with customer service- hope you guys get some recognition.

Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore
Had a wonderful staycation with my wife at Royal Plaza on Scotts.
The Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Orchard Road that connects us to all the popular shopping malls in the vicinity. The front desk staff team is efficient and it took us less than 15mins to check-in seamlessly. The Housekeeping team also was prompt in delivering the amenities we requested and they were attentive to take note what toiletries were running low and topped them up to save us from calling them to replenish.
The morning breakfast at Carousel was pleasant. Special thanks to Ms Gurjeet, the server who not only dutifully cleared all the plates and cups, she even helped to cook the noodle soup for us as we were lost on how to DIY to cook it. There was also a reasonably selection of dishes that diners can choose from to whet their appetite.
We are happy to stay in this Hotel.
Looking forward staying in this Hotel again.

We had a very good stay here at Royal Plaza on Scotts. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Joanna in the front desk was very helpful and kind. Jack at the concierge has been very friendly and helpful as well, always ready to lend a helping had. He even tried to help us fix our wheelchair. Thank you so much, Jack and John of concierge.
Special mention to Ms. Fei as well, I havent met her but booking our room thru her has been very smooth.
