Thank you to the kind and helpful male receptionist for making my stay so pleasant. I was happy to see he was also the receptionist at Hotel 81 Star, where I stayed before. His friendly and professional service is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Highly Recommended

Had a great time staying here. So thankful to Sir Hakim and Sir Leon for being so accommodating and welcoming. Will surely recommend and come back.

Booked a room with two twin beds but it would be very difficult to share the room with another person in reality. The bathroom is very small, the sink and toilet are within and when you take a shower everything gets wet. There is no way to change in there thereafter.
Not the cheeriest front desk but the cleaning staff were polite and efficient.
Wish there was a safe box but not enough room. My luggage could not be unpacked but stayed upright in front of the unused bed.

Cozy stay

I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, well before the official check-in time, and the staff kindly offered to store my luggage free of charge. After a long flight, I asked if there was a restroom where I could quickly change my clothes. To my surprise and appreciation, they went above and beyond and provided me with a room where I could freshen up and change my outfit. This was truly priceless and made my arrival experience much more comfortable.
The hotel is located in a good, safe, and convenient neighborhood. It is within walking distance of the main bus station, several grocery stores, and shopping areas, making it easy to get around and access everything you may need during your stay.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were happy to recommend various tourist attractions and activities, which was especially helpful for exploring Singapore. The rooms were a decent size by Singapore standards and were clean and comfortable. The shower worked well, and there was a reliable supply of hot water.
The room also included a mini fridge, kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, towels, and basic toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. Most importantly, the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, I found the hotel to offer good value for money. Considering the convenient location, cleanliness, friendly service, and the thoughtful assistance provided by the staff, I would say the price-performance ratio is quite acceptable. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Singapore.

Did not get offered an airport shuttle either direction. Beds were hard. Shower water goes all over the bathroom floor. Ok for a place to lay your head for a few hours during a layover.
