HORRIBLE.!!!!!!
DO NOT GO BY THE RATINGS ON TRIP.COM!!!
Nothing like the pictures.
BOOKINGS.COM IS MORE ACCURATE. 4.2/10 NOT 6.7/10
Toilets were not clean, water logged, really small showers, men using ladies shower rooms, urinals out of order, basic kitchen with cockroaches,
WE ASKED IF COULD GET A REFUND WAS POINT BLANK REFUSED BY THE GRUMMPY GIRL. ITS CHEAP BUT THERE IS A LIMIT.
ITS THE DIRTIEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED IN THE LAST 6 COUNTRIES WE BEEN IN, AND THE MOST EXPENSIVE..
DO NOT PAY UP FRONT, GO CHECK FOR YOURAELF FIRST.

Terrible but you can't expect much for the price. It is the cheapest option in the center, but this come with the cost of not having a great night of sleep due to many people coming in and out and talking. The English of staff is limited and no support at all if you need something. Anyway, the experience is not good but that's what I paid. If you want to go cheap, that's the place. But be aware of the cons.

Terrible place to live in. I arrived there at about 11:30 pm. I understand that is too late for the normal working hours for a receptionist. So I followed the instructions for late check-in and waited for a reply. Unfortunately, it took me almost 1.5 hours to get the reply. The kitchen is so filthy that the cockroaches are crawling everywhere. The bathrooms and the toilets are bad as well. I don't recommend at all.

The property is unsanitary to the level that is not suitable for human use.

Terrible experience, most expensive hostel I've booked in South east Asia and definitely the worst standard and worst people staying in. It was waaay too cold, dirty and smelly everywhere and people were just disrespectful to eachother. It's the cheapest hostel around but I definitely did not manage to get any quality sleep. I would recommend looking for something else, at least location is pretty good but well not worth it as Singapore is well interconnected.
