The villa is duplex about 70 square meters, very spacious and cozy.

Vacation to Casa Gem
The apartment is a two-storey “townhouse”, on the second floor a bedroom with balcony and bathroom, on the first floor a kitchen-living room also with bathroom and a veranda on which a dining group is installed. On the spacious veranda, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, enjoying views of the ocean, sky, sun, stars, birdsong and flying foxes. There is a barbecue area near the veranda. The whole territory of Casa Gem is very well maintained!!! When searching and booking bribed that the apartments of 2024, renovations fresh, everything new, kitchen equipped with everything necessary, there is even a toaster and a capsule coffee machine!!! We were met by a rather friendly woman named Stella with a glass of cool lemonade, on the day of check-in in the kitchen we were waiting for a large fruit basket, in the fridge a mini set of breakfast products, which is very appropriate after many hours of flight. Long before we arrived, we began to communicate with the owner of the apartment, Jerry, by e-mail, who was happy and quick to answer any questions we might have, providing us with useful information. He also advised car rental with meeting arrangements (car transfer at the airport upon arrival and return upon departure). And a car for a comfortable stay in Casa Gem is simply necessary, because not every person has such physical training that he will be able to climb from a stop on foot to such a mountain))). Jerry was always wondering if we needed anything, periodically sent fruit treats from his garden, and his wife made us some local dessert)) Incredibly hospitable, nice people. My wife was pleasantly pleased with the farm block, which has a washer and dryer, and also had an ironing board and iron on the second floor. The apartment was cleaned perfectly and daily, even changing towels, including beach towels. The location of the apartment, practically in the narrowest part of the island MAE, was very much enjoyed, allowing you to cross it quickly, which we used, meeting the dawn on the east coast in the morning, and spending the sunset, easily returning to the west. In addition, the proximity of some of the best beaches gave us the right to choose where to spend the day: Anse Forbans Beach, Anse Takamaka Beach Anse Royale Beach, Anse Solei Beach, etc. All in all, HIGHLY recommended, great apartments, friendly and welcoming and Jerry and all the staff. The only thing that didn't like was the lack of air conditioning in the living room kitchen. In the temperature outside more than 30 degrees and when cooking, it is not possible to be in the living room for a long time, so in fact the living room did not perform its function, there was only cooking and everything, although there is a sofa and a TV. Let's hope by our next vacation Jerry will listen to our recommendations and install air conditioning there))

The staff was incredibly friendly, apartment was big, super clean and very well equipped including complimentary beakfast items like eggs, water, bread, juice and fruits. Fast wi-fi. Shared washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Great location nearby many beautiful beaches but a car is recommended. Safe parking in the shade. Gorgeus view from the room and the area is very quiet at night.
We would definetly stay at Casa Gem again. Thank you Stella and Maureen and your wonderful staff! All the best!

An amazing stay
Wow what an amazing stay! We loved everything about the apartment and the owners are the sweetest of people. Together with Stella they go out of their way to make you feel like royalty! The place is spotless clean and the views are breathtaking. They kept our luggage safely while we explored the island for a final time before our late flight and even had a bathroom available for us with fresh clean towels so we could have a shower before leaving. 5 stars are too little to give them. Our only regret is not staying for longer!

Very nice clean new best location with fantastic views of the ocean, all very friendly helpful highly recommended, later check out no problem, the fridge is sufficiently filled for the first breakfast and fruit basket and water
