Room great .. Breakfast not …
I had a studio apartment booked for three nights. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Yeah, the small kitchen area fully stocked with all the cutlery you could need, including cleaning and washing up items. The bed was nice and comfortable. The apartment was split into two with a seating area with a sofa and then the bedroom. Two air-conditioning unit units in the apartment, both of them white very well. Two TVs with Internet access enabled apps like Netflix in the apartment. The bathroom itself was small but very clean and usable. It had a walk-in shower and considering I was on the second floor, the pressure from the shower was brilliant.
The building from the outside doesn't look like much and it's a bit of a weird setup to get to the apartments as multiple floors of this building are being used by different companies. I believe floors 2 to 4 and four belong to moving apartments and the rest of them were either private apartments or belonging to companies, as displayed on the lift.
Check-in was a breeze in fact the receptionist allowed us to check in an hour early so we could drop our bags off and then make our way into town which I thought was a nice gesture.
The restaurant/breakfast area was nicely laid out. However, the breakfast itself was very poor. The eggs, sausages and toast that were cooked and left in heated pans. However, these heating pants were all turned off so all the hot food was cold. We couldn't reheat anything. That was a selection of cheeses that look like they've been out for days and selection of cold meats also. There was a coffee station which on two days had hot coffee in it, but on the third, it was cold. There was some muffins and fruit as well as cold water and juices, although I had to help myself to the juices from the fridge as none of the juices were out. My recommendation is Skip the breakfast and when you come out the apartment take a left down the hill onto the main road and you have several cafés that serve really good hot food.
Overall, the apartment itself was amazing. The staff were good, but the breakfast let it down.

Unfortunately, I can't say "It was a good experience." I wouldn't choose that again.
The hotel is in a central location. In Belgrade, you can easily get anywhere you want thanks to the free buses. The Google Maps app lets you see in real-time how many modes of transportation you need to take to get to your destination. The beds were very comfortable; it really helps start the day well. The hot water quality and pressure in the bathroom were quite good, and the hot water came on very quickly. The receptionist who spoke Turkish was a very friendly but unhelpful employee. We thank him very much.
Our room wasn't clean. Cleanliness was one of the biggest problems, especially the floor cleaning wasn't good. I think the housekeeping staff only change the trash and towels. The room was a 1+1 concept, consisting of a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. There was a crack in the living room window. The phone wasn't working. The internet quality was very poor and there were frequent disconnections. The tiles at the bottom of the bathroom door were missing. The bathroom drain smelled bad. That's why you shouldn't leave the bathroom door open when you go out. Unfortunately, there was no one to greet us when we first arrived at the hotel. There were too many of these minor problems. There was no view. The building's exterior was old. We didn't like the breakfast; all the glasses smelled of eggs. We couldn't get anything to drink. I requested another room key because I will be staying with my wife, but they said that wasn't possible. I think this request is reasonable for a 4-star hotel.

there is no free shuttle at al.the offer seem not incorrec. air condition is good

Our room was clean. We like the hotel. It was near by the train and a bus stop so we could use them easily. There was just a problem, so there was not our room’s air condition’s remote control but don’t need to use it. All staff were so kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly suggest to accommodate in the hotel.
