Fantastic welcome!!

We came here as our plane was cancelled. I was amazed how welcoming and friendly the staff were with us arriving at short notice.starting with the fabulous assistance from Mandy!! The food and plentiful and did well cooking for a large group at short notice.

The best!

Thank you so much Hotel Elisa for having us for 2 nights, staff are so friendly and helpful. They always welcome people with a smile. Special Thanks to Mandy for helping me and my husband the day we checked in 9th Jan 2025. Fa'afetai lava Hotel Elisa best customer service. Genuinely caring staff

Our flight was cancelled and we were put up in Hotel Elisa by the airline. The staff could not have been more helpful. The kitchen was due to close but they said they would keep it open as long as needed. The air con was comfortably cooling the room when we arrived. There is no lift but staff are more than happy to assist. Mandy was on reception and was so beautiful to my mother and I, choosing an appropriate room, helping us organise the shuttle back to the airport and really looking after us. We felt really cared for by Mandy and all the staff. Thank you so much for your kindness. x

You can do it and get the 5 star rating

"Mandy's first class Service & the friendly Staff is the Point of difference to other Hotels"
Our Parents will not go anywhere else, Supporting Family...
There is always room for improvement,
My Recommendation is the "Room Amenities"
You need to Pay Serious Attention to this..
Kettle, cups, Iron & Iron Boards, bed spreads.
TVs, bathroom amenities.....
We have been regular customers for years and these remain the same
Recommendation for the Cleaners to change your mops regularly, & please clean thoroughly & not just surface clean.
Once these are implemented a definite 5 Star rating.
God Bless & Thank you for your Service.
Our Parents have already booked in for January 2023, Hoping it will all be upgraded by then
