our stay was very good except for one nght there was a function on the beach and the music was extrely loud we had to move rooms for 1 night. we had alovely view of the beach. We did not use the pool nor did we go to the beach . the staff was very accomodating and the people are friendly

A Nice Hotel for the Average Travelers

My family and I stayed here from June 17th to the 24th. We loved everything but the stairs. We stayed in the quadruple room #39 with our two teenage kids. Our room was beautiful and everything worked as it should. Remember the hotel is not your home so you can’t have everything your way. Our house keepers Camille and Shawn were really sweet and they took care of our room. The supervisor Ikeema was also very pleasant. Please remember to tip your housekeepers because that’s the right thing to do! The front desk ladies Kayla, Shaniqua and Netrecia and the gentleman that works at night were all very nice and helpful. The hotel is located on a busy street and there is NO PARKING. If you’re elderly or can’t climb stairs then this is not the place for you! In order to check in you have to climb the stairs! It has a pool and the beach is just in front of the hotel. It is close to everything in town and extremely close to the Cruise Port. On days that Cruise ships are there the streets are locked off so if you’re checking in you may have to walk like we did. Renting a car is not recommended but if you do, plan to park on the sidewalks and the dreadful government lot in town that is only safe to park at in the days. At nights you have to find nearby businesses to park but by 6am you have to move back to the government lot or any sidewalk in town. Also food is expensive at the restaurant by the hotel. You can walk to KK supermarket or the restaurants closer to the end of the board walk is way cheaper than the ones in eyesight. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

I loved the cleanliness of the linens,the friendly staff,I think a microwave or hotplate should be added to the rooms but overall wasn't bad

The hotel was the worst I ever experienced with Expedia. No hot water sometime underwater comes hot. Burn my daughter, really bad. The room was not clean the staff was horrible. Never recommend in this hotel.

If you are renting a vehicle to go to this hotel don't there isn't any hotel parking for guests, there is an empty lot about a 3 to 4 minutes walk to the hotel so imagine this called the hotel me thinking I'm lost when the staff answered they told me the same informationi just mentioned so found the parking lot now have to find a park lugg my suitcase and backpack to the hotel asked about 3 peoplewhere the hotel is then I finally found it and the staff had my room already prepared didn't mention that i had to make a 100 dollar deposit. Now getting to my room there's a very high smell of bleach like the personal in charge of cleaning the room kind of overdid it paid for a City View when move the curtain there was the steps to the next building I was seeing. There are three light bulbs above the bed one of them was out reported it to the staff later on in the evening she said the manager is not here right now so she would make a note and let them know in the morning, checked out two days after and the bulb still wasn't changed. They got a $5 cheese pizza that was great air conditioning in the room works really well and the person who does the cleaning of the room they did a really good job every time I went back out the sheets were changed the towels were changed bed was made. the bar staff they didn't have a pleasant smile like they were happy to serve you, I've been to so many other hotels the staff was so happy and pleasant and willing to help anyway possible.
