Positive experience in this hotel

I stayed in this hotel for the weekend in San Marino to visit a friend of mine who lives in San Marino-
Excellent location, has parking and is a 10 minute drive to the historic center of San Marino and the San Marino car parks.
Clean, comfortable and simple rooms with minibar and bathrooms with shower.
Very good breakfast having both sweet and savory
I found myself to be very good value for money e.g. a single room paid 55 euros including breakfast

Back to the past

Oops, are we back in the 60s?
The hotel is in need of renovation, the environments and rooms are "ancient", the bathrooms do not talk about it, cobwebs everywhere, breakfast is served in the room of the Asian restaurant next door where we saw a cockroach circulate... It saves the lady of the reception very kind and helpful.

the minibar to guests DOES NOT INTEREST

I have, unfortunately, to take medicines that must be stored in the fridge, so I always check that the hotels where I go are stocked, the fridge in the room was there, but with the plug disconnected, and hot, as well as in my friends' room, I asked why at reception and without apologizing for the inconvenience, he replied that ALMOST ALL THEIR GUESTS (in August !), THE REFRIGERATOR DOES NOT INTEREST, and that if I needed I could turn it on and wait because they are slow to work, OR put my things in the common refrigerator at the entrance !!!. I then found that my minibar did not work at all and I had to go and put my medicines in my friends' refrigerator, which worked. To save 510€ PERHAPS a year. NEVER AGAIN

super welcome

I return to this hotel twice a year for work reasons. The structure is convenient, on the main road that connects Rimini to San Marino. Every time I find kindness, friendliness and cleanliness: these are key characteristics for me. It feels at home

Without pretensions

Very simple hotel, possibility of outdoor parking that is not guarded and not always available. On the main road to go to San Marino (about 8 km before) Not served by public transport (or at least I didn't find it) -
It is located halfway between San Marino and the valley and you need a car to get around.
Clean and with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Prices lower than the average for the area.
Minibar in the room (empty)
Room air conditioner acting up...
Buffet breakfast at 5 euros per person is varied and extensive, although I would make a negative note on the cakes.
Overall positive. Rating 6 and 1/2.
