good hotel in Kigali
The hotel had a very nice pool area, the pool was unheated but surrounded by trees and lounge chairs...a tropical air ...
The buffet breakfast was very good ,many options and was included in the stay.
We ate dinner at the hotel, which was just ok...when we wanted to try the buffet the restaurant was closed for the evening..so we opted for the bar/lounge .
The room was ok, I did notice broken wiring , in the bathroom, broken lamps that were on the wall and stained rugs. The room was clean , so that counted for a lot to me.
The bathroom shower was good, hot water, nice towels ...the staff was very accommodating.
We mostly stayed at the hotel since we were not in an area that was close to to any restaurants and we did not want to start looking for food...I did read that Kigali has a thriving culinary scene and was sorry that we did not try to discover it.

We are delighted to know that you and your husband enjoyed several aspects of your stay, particularly our pool area, breakfast selection, and the warm hospitality of our team. It is wonderful to hear that you found the surroundings relaxing and appreciated the cleanliness of your room as well as the comfort provided.
At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced in your room, including the maintenance issues you observed. Please rest assured that this is not reflective of our usual standards, and your comments have been shared with our maintenance team for immediate attention and improvement.
We also regret that your dining experience did not fully meet your expectations, and that you were unable to enjoy the buffet as planned. Your feedback is valuable and will help us enhance both our offerings and communication regarding restaurant availability.
Thank you once again for your honest and constructive review. We truly appreciate your kind words about our staff and your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a more seamless and enjoyable experience.
