Excellente expérience
Tout le personnel était excellent, attentionné, mais Marcel à la réception était particulièrement remarquable et voulait faire tout son possible pour aller au-delà.
Chambres très confortables, Wi-Fi fiable, beaucoup de prises pour recharger les appareils et bouteille d'eau au besoin. Restaurants également excellents.
La seule chose que je dirais est que le frigo ne fait rien pour garder les choses froides.

Hôtel excellent et accueillant.
C'est un excellent hôtel, accueillant, avec un personnel bien formé et d'excellents services. Le transfert depuis l'aéroport s'est déroulé sans accroc, bien qu'il ait coûté environ 40 USD pour un trajet. Les chambres sont bien entretenues et propres. Le petit-déjeuner était de haute qualité avec une variété de choix. Le personnel est attentif et amical. Je reviendrai et je le recommanderai.

Je vous écris ci-dessous pour exprimer ma profonde déception quant au service offert au Four Points by Sheraton Kigali. Ayant séjourné dans d'autres agences Four Points avec beaucoup de succès, notre décision de réserver ici était basée sur cette confiance de la marque. Malheureusement, cette expérience a été complètement inverse.
Le traitement que nous avons reçu au restaurant de l'hôtel était, franchement, pathétique. On nous a demandé de payer notre repas avant même d'être servis, le personnel prétendant que c'était "la politique de l'hôtel. " Cette approche est incroyablement insultante; elle traite les clients payants avec suspicion, comme si nous étions des voleurs potentiels plutôt que des clients estimés.
La culture du service ici est très pauvre et manque des normes d'hospitalité de base que l'on attend d'une marque internationale. Si vous tenez à être traité avec respect et dignité, je vous suggère d'aller voir ailleurs.

Un mélange parfait de confort, service et emplacement à Kigali
J'ai passé un excellent séjour au Four Points by Sheraton Kigali et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui visitent Kigali pour le plaisir et les affaires.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, central, accessible et idéal pour se déplacer dans la ville. Cela m'a permis de concilier facilement détente, engagements sociaux et quelques réunions d'affaires pendant mon séjour.
Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien entretenues, avec une atmosphère calme et relaxante qui a permis de se détendre facilement après une longue journée. Les normes de ménage étaient cohérentes, et l'environnement général de l'hôtel était paisible et sécurisé; merci à Aline et son équipage.
Ce qui m'a le plus marqué, c'est la qualité du service. Le personnel était courtois, professionnel et toujours disposé à aider. De la réception au restaurant et au personnel de soutien général, il y avait un engagement clair à ce que les clients se sentent les bienvenus et à l'aise. Merci à Queen (service client) , Ishiwe (Claudine) , Naomi, Sonia, Bryan, Theo... , Cédric, Aline, Claude, Valetine, Queen (restaurant) , Rachel & Sifa (bureau de déménagement) , etc.
Les équipements, y compris le restaurant, la piscine et les installations générales, étaient bien gérés et ajoutés à l'expérience globale. C'est un endroit idéal, que vous soyez en voyage d'affaires, en couple, ou que vous cherchiez simplement à profiter de Kigali dans un cadre confortable.
Dans l'ensemble, Four Points by Sheraton Kigali offre un excellent équilibre entre confort, service et commodité. Je resterais certainement ici à nouveau lors de ma prochaine visite.

Séjour mémorable !
Si vous voulez être traité exceptionnellement restez ici. De l'arrivée au départ, nous avons été traités avec la plus grande hospitalité et soin. Cela faisait partie de notre voyage organisé pour le Rwanda et nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit avant de continuer sur le Kenya. L'hôtel avait été informé que nous étions en voyage célébrant notre 40 e anniversaire de mariage et ils ont fait tous les efforts pour le rendre spécial pour nous. Ils nous ont donné une suite de 2 chambres et les lits étaient décorés avec des cygnes de serviette et des pétales de rose. Ils avaient aussi un gâteau décoré qui nous attendait dans la chambre. Le dîner était inclus dans leur restaurant (excellent) et ils ont fini par nous apporter un autre gâteau avec le personnel nous sérénade. Si spécial !
Aussi la chambre était impeccable, très confortable et calme avec une grande douche.
