Phoebe Saved Our Stay

We stayed at Travelodge Worthing and honestly it’s been lovely. We messed up our booking and ended up with a single room which was completely our own fault, but Phoebe sorted it out without any fuss. She was friendly, funny, easy to chat to and genuinely wanted to help us, even though her pizza was sitting there going cold while she got everything fixed.
The room she moved us into was great. Comfy, clean and with a sea view that genuinely lifted the mood. Worthing itself looks gorgeous and because Phoebe got us started in the right headspace, we were able to settle in properly.
Really appreciate her help. She turned a small mistake into a really good start to the trip.

Great place to stay in Worthing.

Phoebe the receptionist was brilliant in welcoming us after a hard day. She was cheerful and helpful. The hotel was right in the seafront and perfectly situated, as well as being warm, comfortable and well equipped. A lovely stay.

Worthing trip

The location is very nice for shopping and cafes. The rooms are ok but very dated. Keep your windows closed or your have the pigeons in the room! Added to the atmosphere lol, great value for money in the school holidays and staff are fantastic
