Great stay

Very clean and cosy room, had everything you needed
Comfy bed and a fantastic shower
Location is very idea as it’s near the town centre, football ground and west park
Really happy with our stay and will 100% use again on our next visit
Can’t recommend this place enough

Valentines weekend away an was absolutely disgusted, ended up coming home a day early, there was a few issues but when I found fresh blood on the sheets pillow case do the room hasn’t been cleaned from the day before, that hygiene an to think we wouldn’t notice is a joke, got offered partial refund which excepted but still haven’t received 5 month it’s been

Cancelled my booking 3 days before

I booked through booking.com and three days before I was due to arrive I got an email from booking.com to say my booking had been cancelled due to an invalid payment card which isn’t invalid
I’ve tried to ring & messaged them no answer..
We booked this for Wolverhampton races which left me to find somewhere else now
Please avoid this establishment at all cost if there races are on

Pleasant stay.

I stayed here for one night as I was meeting friends at David Austin Roses at Albrighton. This was much cheaper and much better than the 4 star hotel I where I stayed last year. It's a ver comfortable modern studio room. Excellent sleep on a comfy bed. Kitchen in corner of room with sink, fridge freezer and microwave.. Self check in after leaving £50 surety on credit card. Very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, provided with bottled water in fridge/ freezer and microwave in kitchen unit in the room stocked with coffe & tea and bottled water and biscuits. Goid sizw wardrobe cupboard with iron and board. and plenty of drawers and T V.I was in room. 3 in the main house, not over the garage. It has very good reviews on booking.com. I would stay here again.

Not great

I booked through booking.com and three days before I was due to arrive I got an email from booking.com to say my booking had been cancelled due to an invalid payment card. I rang the hotel who informed me that booking.com handled the payment so it would have been them who cancelled. I rang Booking.com who said they’d received an email from the hotel saying it was cancelled. This may or may not be the hotel’s fault but it’s left me without any accommodation for my trip and someone is obviously not telling the truth. By the way, there was nothing wrong with my card as I booked another hotel for a different trip which went through without a hitch.
