Worth the price
If we could give them 10 stars we would. Overall staff were very approachable, helpful and happy day or night. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast and dinner served in their Social Room. The food overall very good and worth the price, although

Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, our stay at Premier Inn on 8–9 August was extremely disappointing. Three friends were travelling together and we booked a family room, but on arrival we were told that only two adults were allowed and the third person had to book another room. As the additional room was far beyond our budget, I had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere.
What made the situation much worse was how my two friends were treated afterwards. They were questioned in front of other guests about whether only the two of them had entered the hotel, making them feel as though they had secretly brought someone into the room. They even offered to let staff check the CCTV to prove what had happened.
Even after I had left and was staying elsewhere, staff repeatedly asked my friends about my whereabouts. They also felt uncomfortable and watched when having dinner at the hotel restaurant.
When we tried to make a formal complaint at checkout, staff refused to provide the names of the employees involved, saying they didn't know them.
I completely understand that hotels have occupancy policies, but the way this situation was handled was unnecessarily embarrassing and uncomfortable. I have already submitted a formal complaint directly to Premier Inn and am awaiting their response.
Hopefully this will be properly investigated and addressed, as this was certainly not the welcoming experience we expected.

Cannot recomend.
What a let down. Having stayed at loads of Premier Inns, ive never had one this bad. The first nights room was next to a door, which slammed closed throughout the night, so I had a disturbance night and early morning sleep. The second nights room was so noisy with the window shut, that we thought it was still open, and the TV signal was so poor, we could not watch the programmes. At least the on-site team were nice. I would not be looking to stay here again.

A great stay.
Our room was clean and comfortable as in any Premier Inn. There was a very good electric fan in the room, which was great in the heatwave.
All the staff were polite, efficient and friendly. One young woman was particularly helpful to us, her attitude over all was very impressive.

Hot box
I was very disappointed that the room only went hotter, it would not cool down. It was a very hot day and we were relieved that we brought our own fan.
I was also surprised as travel lodge rooms are normally well climate controlled
