Good no-nonsense hotel

Having heard good things about Spoons' hotels we gave them a try. Having read reviews we didn't attempt to park in the hotel's car park (although there were spaces when we arrived) but in the public car park round the back.
Our confirmation email told us to check in at the bar - we were directed to a hatch in the next bar to complete the formalities. The accommodation is kept secure by key card access. Our room was on the second floor which involved a route march along the corridor on the first floor.
Initial impressions were positive. Spacious, clean, everything worked. Water and coffee/tea making facilities all there. Overall, the quality of the room was above Premier Inn/Travelodge standards.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.
Breakfast in the bar downstairs was the usual Spoons fare. Their sausage and egg muffins are a good value option. Nothing to criticise, an affordable and reliable option.

Terrrible

Hi have a registered support dog with registered card which i produced it is for an emotional support dog as i am autistic and have severe anxiety attacks not only was i asked by one member of staff but then and being told it was ok her supervisor on the till to produce my card i felt really conspicuous and uncomfortable at this point like i wasnt being believed but although it doesnt have a charity number on it as my dog is registered through my vet and insurance company and medical aproval document could of also been provided i was then told it would have to wait for a manager total humiliation by this point i was feeling very anxious which can trigger me having a panic attack which can trigger me having breathing difficulty and on occassion i have had to have resussitation so i left but i did provide what is adequate legal proof of an emotional support dog i then left i was hungry comment and cheer from customers and staff behind yhe bar as i leave terrible terrible terrible do not go in this pub if you have disability or support animal or a special requirement very inconvenient and i just needed to get food while my car was on a charge and went nxt door to an amazing resterant in warminster even dog treats free for my support dog and a bowl of water and the food worked out around the same price but massively better quality service and food and was really nice so much better than weatherspoons bath arms in warminster so i never have to go there again thank god

THE BEST EVER VISITED, THE CHEAPEST FOR DRINKS AND MEALS OF EXCELLENT VALUE

, the drinks are the cheapest anywhere , the meals are the cheapest , best value and even taste .
The staff are polite and helpful and a credit to the company
The place is immaculate
Go to the best - forget the rest !

Great stay at the Bath Arms

Had a wonderful weekend away at the Bath Arms. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spotless and had everything we needed.
The bathroom fan was a bit noisy, but as long as you didn't turn it on in the night it wasn't a problem.
I would definitely recommend a stay there and would definitely stay again myself.

Poor quality, keep away.

Used the restaurant on Sunday.
I had the topside beef, it was tough, the roast potatoes hard and stale, knives blunt (could not cut the beef). To many flies.
DONT GO.
