Can't Grumble for the Price

I booked this hotel because it's close to the airport and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Website said it was £8 for parking, but they didn't charge me. The room had everything I needed, and had central heating that I could control myself. The shower took 3 to 4 minutes to heat up but it was fine. It was a little dirty in places but I expected that for the price. I'd stay again if I was flying from Stansted

AWFUL

Terrible place. I expected basic for the price but run down and so unkept NO. Would never stay here again even in an emergency. Dangerous in my opinion with uneven flooring where it has warped. Not that I wanted to stand on the floor in room or bathroom without shoes!
No hot water in the morning and facilities were dire. Do not offer tea and coffee then not supply all elements needed to make. Tv not usable. Bed needs to be put in a skip, every turn in the night caused squeaks.

Excellent value for money

The location was amazing for the airport. The price was very good. All staff were so helpful and friendly. They let us stay until 1pm the next day which was brilliant. The fridge was an excellent addition.
The shower was burning hot so we couldn’t use it. The TV did not work and the decor was outdated. The walls were very thin so could hear everything inside and outside. They also did not have blackout blinds but overall these were very minor issues and it was excellent value for money!

Literal crack den

Quite literally the worst place I've ever stayed and trust me, having been on 2 stag do's and several group holidays to Europe over the past 5 years I've stayed in some rough old places.
The owner was rude & aggressive towards a member of our group who said "I can't believe this is what you have booked"
I will never live down the fact I booked a literal crack den before our holiday.

The worst hotel known to Man

The hotel was absolutely revolting full of mould dirt dust damp holes in the walls absolutely disgusting we couldn’t even stay. It was that disgusting. We left within 15 minutes of checking in booking.com offered us a 15% refund as the hotel refuses to give a refund which is absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t stay there. We had to find somewhere else to stay because it was that dirty and disgusting with mould up the walls. Stay clear of this hotel. Stay clear of anything to do with them on Booking.com. It is absolutely despicable.
