Great hotel, lovely staff and good location

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Thorpe Park or London. Great location, staff are really friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is really good too, with plenty of choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Meh. Not worth the price

Was initially given a used and unprepped room. The staff were apologetic. The air system is noisy. The bed was very comfortable though. The shower was nice.
The communal bar/restaurant looked sad and unkempt.

Nice premier inn you get what you’d expect.

Very nice inn, stayed for one night only with breakfast. Actual hotel car park tiny! Had to park in the Two Rivers Shopping Area car park, between 6pm and 7am parking is free. Check in was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and quiet.Bed was comfortable had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet affair everything was fresh when we arrived, standard English fry up with cereals and croissants, good for the price. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Short break

Excellent stay at the Premier Inn, Staines Upon Thames, staff very attentive, easy check in and out, room clean, comfortable and cool. Breakfast plenty of choice to suit everyone. Close to many attractions. This particular Premier will definitely be our choice of accommodation in the future.
