Shaun was absolute legend especially when It come to room changed he went above and beyond to help find us a better room very positive and on the ball to be fair this is quite a good hotel staff made us feel welcome we would definitely come back again from Carl and Dene its a pleasure to meet you

Nice clean hotel Good nights rest

Very nice clean hotel and easy to locate, Pleasant Staff although not a fan of automated check in would be nice to see a friendly smile on arrival !

Nice room, BUT disastrous visit to restaurant.

We stayed 29/30 July in a Premier Plus room. the room itself is excellent - nicely fitted out, coffee machine, decent bed, modern "waterfall" shower etc.
Eating in the restaurant on Wednesday evening was comic. It was very quiet, and had a single member of staff on duty in the actual restaurant, who under normal circumstances would have had no trouble coping with the 10 or so customers. The restaurant itself was in poor condition, mis matched chairs (which we were told had been obtained from a nearby Beefeater which had closed), patches on the floor covering, no menus on offer and so on.
She was clearly new to the job, didn't know the menu, or how to get an order to the kitchen efficiently. We were served in part, many others were not, then she simply disappeared - we later found out that she had left mid-shift, without telling anyone!!
Needless to say the service in the restaurant than evening didn't get any awards.
Overall a pretty poor performance.

Great location

Great location Shaun the manager is great nice person to talk to deals with things . Breakfast staff are not pleasant. The breakfast was average. Had someone next doir slamming door early hours of morning couldn't sleep did it for two nights . The cleaner on landing was so friendly and helpful. Close to shops and restaurants. Better then other premier inns. Good for transport

A great place with great staff!

What a gem of a hotel! Back in my home town for an event at the NEC and this place is in the perfect spot!
The staff are so friendly, in particular, Aaron, Lucy and Jenny who were so welcoming and friendly. Brilliant service, great food, fantastic sleep and very clean! I have already booked for next year!
