Lovely little hotel

Had a lovely little stay here. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Rooms were nice, although room 6 was a bit of a struggle with the low beams.
Breakfast was delicious-however earliest they could do was 8.15.
Nice little touches with the tea/ coffee and chocolate.
Wish there was a little bar or lounge for evening times.

Amazing!

I booked into Rowntree lodge when I was visiting Scarborough for a friends wedding. The price I paid, I wasn’t expecting much but I was so pleasantly surprised when I got into my room. It was a lovely big space, very clean with a huge bed which was very comfortable.
The best thing about my stay was the breakfast in the morning. You get discount on food if you have stayed with them. The food was honestly unbelievable. I had Breakfast Bravvas and it was insanely good with poached eggs cooked to absolute perfection. Could not recommend this place enough and will definitely return!

Fabulous

A great guest house with a lovely, bright and comfortable room. The shower room was clean and well equipped, with a fantastic shower and lovely, soft white towels. An iron and hairdryer were also provided, along with tea and coffee in the room.
Off street parking , you buy a permit from the reception .
The breakfast was fabulous, with excellent-quality products and plenty of choice.
The guest house is around a 15-minute walk from the town centre, which was perfect for us.
We stayed in Room 1, which is next to the breakfast room. It could be a little noisy in the morning if you wanted a lie-in, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this guest house.

We received a warm welcome. Our large, airy room featured a huge, comfortable bed and a small but well appointed shower room. The decor was beautiful throughout. The breakfast choice was amazing - great for vegetarians and vegans also. Parking was on-street, but easy to find and free for 3 hours with a disc (from reception) and between 5pm and 9am.

Fantastic Escape

We had a really fabulous stay, the room was spacious and well thought out with everything we could want for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you so much!
