Loved staying at Ship Inn! What a quaint and lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. Dinner at the pub was excellent. Our room was perfect and view on the Harbour was beautiful. Would absolutely come back.

We had a gorgeous room over looking the harbour. It was beautiful. The staff are friendly, the room was clean and well equipped. We had bath robes in the wardrobe and a beach bag.
There wasn’t any noise heard from the bar below.
Parking was tricky but we managed to get a space on the harbour. Would go back 100%.

Sooo Good!!!

We found The Ship on our last evening in Mousehole (sadly). Having spent all week disappointed in the food available, we thought we'd try something local, and oh my we were so glad that we did.
Extremely friendly staff, lovely traditional pub feel, and top notch food. A fabulous and tasty home cooked meal was the clincher to us coming back to Mousehole sometime soon.
Huge thanks to The Ship, I will recommend you far and wide! ❤️

Top pub in a lovely little village

Smashing little pub on the harbour front. Friendly staff, good puddings and cold beer. We went for the quiz on a Thursday - super fun, Evan the quizmaster is great - funny, firm and fair. Highlight of our holiday.

Room for improvement!

Booked for one night. Room was in the cottage next to the pub- the best and only good thing about it was the view across the harbour- stunning! Room very small, shower ensuite tiny, if you were on the large size you wouldn't fit in! No shower gel and tiles grubby in need of a good scrub!. Carpet stained and the divan part of the bed - filthy!
The staff however were extremely helpful & friendly.

We're very sorry, however, that several aspects of your room did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and maintenance are areas we take very seriously, so it's disappointing to read your comments regarding the shower room, tiles, carpet and bed base. We're also sorry that the shower gel was not replenished prior to your arrival.
As a historic property, some of our rooms do vary in size, but we understand the importance of providing a comfortable and well-presented environment for all our guests. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review.
